Выпущенный ЮНЕСКО на многих языках документ «Структура ИКТ компетентности учителей. Рекомендации ЮНЕCКО» стал основой для разработки национальных(региональных) стандартов ИКТ-компетентности учителей и выработки понятной национальной (региональной) политики в этой области.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article describes UNESCO IITE experience on creation of new pedagogical qualification characteristics of the teacher development during the transition period to digitalpedagogics in the open global educational environment. The UNESCO document «ICT Competency Framework for Teachers.
