Applicability of the methodological principles of european education at Russian universities
Abstract
The article continues to present the results of the federal state educational standardsimplementing. The monitoring of its effectiveness has been conducted by the Association of Classical Universities of Russia, Association of Technical Universities and Comprehensive Research Institute of Education MSU in late 2011 – the beginning of 2012. The article highlights the challenges, which face universities in developing and implementation of major educational programs for undergraduate and graduate programs with the use of newmethodological categories (competence, learning outcomes, module educational program – credits). The possibilities of using the methodological principles of European education (the results of the project TUNING) are discussed.
