On the problems of the effective training of highly qualified personnel

Abstract

Pace of innovation in Russian economy must accelerate. Without scientific and technological development as the foundation of innovation economy it is impossible to compete on the international market. It is obvious that economic development depends primarily on the human factor, namely, on the fundamental training of a specialist, which can be achieved on the basis of education and scientific research integration.
