Abstract
The sociological community is faced with the challenges caused by the modern radical transformations taking place both in the world community and in the country. In this regard, there analyzed the problems of training sociologists as experts with the professional capital and the innovative competencies necessary for practical participation in the implementation of national projects, ensuring scientific and technological leadership of Russia. It is proved that the nature and content of innovations historically changes under the influence of the effects of the “arrow of time” (I.R. Prigozhin), “metamorphosis of the world” (U. Beck), the becoming of the synergistic complexes (N.I. Lapin), as a result of which the dynamics of living and inanimate matter, human communities, scientific and technological realities are accelerating, becoming more complex, and, accordingly, there is a permanent complication of innovations, which is reflected in the dynamics of the sociological education, the educational standards, and changes in the nature and content of the competence approach. Considering these factors the strategy for the modernization of the sociological education is proposed, the implementation of which will prepare the younger generation of specialists not only to diagnose the ambivalent consequences of the synergy of innovations, false innovations and anti-innovations, but also to participate in the production and implementation of culturally and civilizationally determined innovative practices rooted in the genotype of the national culture, proceeding from the needs of the sovereign development of the country.
