MOBILE LEARNING IN CONDITIONS OF INFORMATION INEQUALITY
Abstract
This article is devoted to the issues of overcoming the digital divide in information space of the modern society. The article reveals the essence of the notion «information inequality» and ways of its overcoming. The article considers the modern tools of using mobile means of communication and cloud services.
