Professional occupation

From 1994 to 2005 he worked as a history teacher at Kursk secondary school No. 25, as a teaching assistant at the Department of General History of Kursk State Pedagogical University, as a project supervisor at the International Institute for Humanities and Political Studies, as an associate professor at the Department of Economics, as an associate professor at the Department of State and Municipal Management of Kursk State University.

In 2005 he was assigned the position of rector of the National Institute “Higher School of Management”.

From 2008 to 2017 he worked as a vice-rector for innovation technologies, as the rector of Sholokhov Moscow State University for Humanities, as a deputy first vice-rector of Moscow State University of Education, as a vice-rector for programs of development and international relations at Moscow City Pedagogical University.

From 2017 he is the Acting Rector of Sevastopol State University.
