-       1992–1993– Deputy Minister of Science, Higher School and Technical Policy of the Russian Federation

-       1993–2002 – The Vice-Minister of Education of the Russian Federation

-       2003–2005 – Secretary of the Department of vocational education of the Russian Academy of Education

-       Since 2000 - Head of the Department of Engineering Pedagogy of Moscow Automobile and Road Construction State Technical University(MADI)

-       Since 2002 - Expert of the National Training Foundation.

 

Expert Work

  • Expert work in the IGIP project on the creation and international accreditation of the centres for engineering pedagogy and engineering teachers’ certification;
  • International program for the support of the joint Master’s programs BRIDGE and Eurasia programs;
  • projects of the World Bank;
  • federal targeted programs for education development in 2006-2010 and 2011-2015;
  • federal target program “Scientific and teaching personnel of innovative Russia” 2009-2013;
  • priority national project for education development.

  • Vice-President of the Russian Union of scientific and engineering orfanizations;
  • Member of the National Accreditation Agency;
  • Member of the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Education;
