THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROFESSIONAL-PEDAGOGICAL COMPETENCE OF A UNIVERSITY TEACHER

Abstract

The article describes the main directions of development of professional-pedagogical competences of University teachers. The accent is made on content and forms of training, the study of socio-psychological characteristics of modern students, creation of textbooks, development and implementation of individual training programs and educational literature in educational process, students’ research and self-dependent work.
