Abstract
The purpose of the paper is to analyze the factors, which prevent a university teacher from becoming a real subject of the educational reform. Methods: analysis of the documents about the reform, empirical experience of realization of the main areas of the reform. The article shows that: 1) it is not productive to integrate innovations into the traditional educational system; 2) successful reform requires an adequate psycho-pedagogical basis; 3) the theory of contextual education can serve as a conceptual basis for the educational reform; in this case a university teacher will have a clear guideline which decisions to takewhile carrying out the educational reform.

Abstract
The paper analyzes the impact of reforming of the system of training and certification of highly qualified personnel on the organization of postgraduate school and dissertation councils at the regional universities. The results of the SWOT-analysis of postgraduate training and certification processes at the regional university are shown. The article presents the main activities and projects aimed at using the advantages and strong points of the university in order to improve the quality of postgraduate training. The paper explores the mechanisms of organizational, methodological and infrastructural support for research and innovation activities of postgraduate students and young scientists. There are also suggested the approaches to organization of networking between universities for training and certification of highly qualified personnel. The authors define the role of specific structural units of the Department of Science in management of scientific personnel training and establishment of a competitive university sector in the sphere of research and development.

Abstract
At the present time training and education element prevails over research and development component in the professional activities of higher-education teaching staff inthe Russian universities. This is the reason why the universities do not train graduates’ creative abilities that enable them to generate break through ideas. In order to escape the existing situation it’s necessary to expand the scope of scientific work at universities to the level comparable with the indicators of training and education. Thus it will be possible to involve all the faculty members into scientific research, to unlock their scientific and innovation potential that will lead to the change of stereotypes in faculty members’ professional activities and create a new educational process based on science.

Abstract
The article finishes a cycle of publications by the title «Economic security of the technical university». The dynamics of indicators of economic security of Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University n.a. R.E. Alekseev is analyzed. Possibility of the joint analysis of rated indicators with the use of petal charts is shown. The detailed analysis of dynamics of change of indicators in various projections of system of economic security of the technical university, the comparative analysis of dynamics of the generalized indexes for various projections and the analysis of dynamics of the generalized index of economic security of the university are carried out. The results of the analysis showed the positive tendencies of development of system of economic security of NSTU.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of increasing the efficiency of student teaching when training future teachers in the conditions of realization of a competence-based paradigm of education. The authors have offered an approach to the organization of students’ teaching in the modern educational environment of pedagogical higher education institution on the basis of the developed structural and substantial innovative model of competence-based development of a future teacher. The interconnected stages of carrying out student teaching are educed. Special technological cards characterizing different kinds of students’ activity were elaborated for effective management of competence-based development of a future teacher. The assessment of the level of formation of students’ professional competences was carried out on the basis of the estimated and diagnostic cards developed according to specified criteria. The experiment made by authors allowed to confirm the efficiency of the developed innovative model of students’ teaching practice.

Abstract
The empirical basis of this article are the materials of the research of freshmen’s adaptation conducted within three years in several departments of Tver State University during the examination session. Research methods were participant observation, conversation, analysis of students’ product activities. Identified variants (formulas) display two forms of students’ adaptation - static and dynamic. Static forms of adaptation characterize orientation towards smoothing the inconsistencies between their own features and the conditions of life.Dynamic forms allow to convert the whole situation. The person using the dynamic variant ofadaptation becomes the subject of activity, because the conversion requires a high activity, personal attitude, ability to plan, monitor activity. There was offered a substantive interpretation of typical formulas of adaptation. Both forms of adaptation are considered as the indicators of successfulness of students’ formation as subjects of education activity.

Abstract
In the article we consider the concept of student’s plagiarism and the factors contributing to its prevalence. The results of the empirical study, which has revealed a relationship between the penchant for plagiarism and the indicators of the self-attitude andmotivation for university studies, are presented. It is shown that the most of the students understand the meaning of the word «plagiarism», but at the same time consider situation of plagiarism as acceptable. The article adduces the results of the studies of students’ representations on the prevalence, acceptable and frequency in their own experience the 10 cases of plagiarism. It was revealed that students more inclined to use plagiarism differ by lower level of self-interesting, confidence and communicative motives. It is shown that therecognition of the higher frequency plagiarism in their own learning is also related with lower levels of academic achievement and positive integral self-attitude. More important in psychological terms was identified index of acceptability of plagiarism on representations of students. It is also associated with the lower level of motivation (prestige, creative self-realization, educational and social), self-respect and positive attitude expected from the others.

Abstract
Virtual communication plays increasingly important role in daily life. As long as the Internet develops, it shapes out its own rules, customs and norms of interaction. For millions of people social networks became a socio-cultural environment, where they perceive social values and standards. However, these standards, unfortunately, are not always correlate with moral and legal norms. Among all kinds of Internet resources, networks placing defamatory, false or hostile information towards other individuals or groups (so called intolerant online communities) have been widely spread. The researchers most commonly associate deviant or aggressive behavior of Internet users with social networks. In this articlewe consider electronic verbal aggression towards users or groups of users of the Internet.

Abstract
This paper examines the possibility of increasing the efficiency of the learning process by using economic and scientific information sources. The authors demonstrate that for improving the quality of higher education it is necessary to use Internet resources that have been previously assessed by the experts. Open information resources should be grouped and classified according to certain criteria. Such an approach enables not to take much time to search for sources of employment information at lectures and seminars. Orientation on formation of necessary information competencies among the students is also shown.

Abstract
Basing on information taken from the Account of the synodal Ober-prosecutor (1905-1914), the author investigates how medicine and hygiene were introduced into the programmes of theological colleges. Here is given the description of holding lessons on these subjects, including drunkenness-prevention lectures. The main conclusion contains the assertation that such preparation of seminarists influenced positively on public health of pre-revolutionary Russia.
