In this paper, we consider an approach to evaluating the HEI effectiveness in terms of graduate employment. Data source – the monitoring of graduates employment conducted by the Ministry of Education of Russian Federation. It is proposed to calculate the efficiency of graduates employment in view of the situation on the labor market expressed with an imbalance of supply and demand.

Abstract
The author presents her own opinion on the university lecturer activities. The paper emphasizes the integrative character of university lecturer activities, which includes, besides teaching, research work, scientific guidance and consulting, membership in different councils and editorial boards, peer reviewing, and writing of articles, monographs, textbooks, and courses. Some kinds of his activities are unobvious and imperceptible. The author uses the metaphor “invisible laboratory of mental work” and expresses concern in connection with the uncertain position of a university teacher in the modernization processes in higher education and with possible loss of the value of a unique personality.

Abstract
The fundamentals of the methodology of the internationalization of higher education is presented, as well as the model structure of the concept «internationalization of education».Taking the example of the Novosibirsk State University of Economics and Management the paper shows the features of the design and development of a model of international education that allows to implement a variety of innovative educational technologies (franchising, dual diplomas, etc.). The article is devoted to the history of the formation in the Russian legislation of thequalification requirement for judges to have the higher legal education. The analysis of the normative acts is carried out in conjunction with the brief consideration of the question of the development of legal education in Russia in XVIII–XX centuries. Abstract
The core idea of this article is to investigate a connection between clerical and secular censorship and the development of Russian philosophy, literature and journalism in XIXth century. Censorship became a despositive of paradoxical social congruence on questions of individuality, discourse, Truth and coercion in Russian society. Abstract

The empirical basis of the article is the materials of studying research potential and extent of its realization by students and young teachers of different universities.

Abstract
This paper analyzes the relationships between family backgrounds, motivation and fieldsof study for a sample of 4-year students from Yaroslavl region and Tatarstan. The results showthat students with different family educational and material resources choose different fields of study and have different motivation. Students with high material resources and prefer to choose economic professions and rarely choose the humanities or pedagogical professions. Motivation can change the effect of family background: intensify or reduce it. Advantaged students (with high educational and material resources) explain their occupational choice by interest or job motivation and don’t follow by easiness of education or entering universities.

The empirical basis of article is the results of study of production factors and ergonomic environment at the Chemistry Department of Altai State University. The data obtained can be used for workplace organization for teachers, helping to prevent the occurrence of professional diseases, and improve the effectiveness of educational and professional activities.
