Abstract
The leading Russian universities who are actively developing today new forms of networking are able not only to create a large volume of the relevant electronic content, but also to change the system of production and consumption of knowledge.An aim of the project «Networked electronic library of the federal universities» is to create a common virtual space for access providing to educational, scientific, methodological information.Distinctive features of the project are: the creation of a technological platform and organizational methods for the development and use of the joint educational programs of the federal universities; an automation of key business processes which are necessary for the organization of the legitimate placement of scientific and educational literature in open access and for the commercialization of the full-text electronic content of the federal universities; an implementation of additional services for advancement of the federal universities in the scientometric databases and for monitoring of the distant educational process.

The submitted article is an attempt to comprehend the changes taking place with the university teacher during his/her career. Through reflection of her own state of mind, the author actualizes the problem of loss the professional activity’s meaning, alienation, and distortion of the professional values. Abstract
The article considers the global and Russian experience in creating anticorruption policy and academic ethics in higher education institutions, analyzes different forms of corruption and academic misconduct in the West and in Russia, factors of corruption and dishonest behavior in academic environment. The main directions of anticorruption policy in higher education include adoption of ethical codes and other ways of shaping “culture of integrity” in contemporary higher education. The modified academic code accentuates the issues of academic honesty and ethics, includes sanctions and punishments for its infringement, formulates concrete and intelligible standards and regulations.

Abstract
The article discusses the problem of content structure of competence2oriented learning. It is argued that the key issue in this problem is the way to transfer competencies of a graduate into learning content of educational program. Integrative and beyond2disciplinary nature of the competencies requires changes to traditional disciplinary model. A concept is proposed, according to which firstly the structure of the learning outcomes is designed and then it turns into the content of the structural units of the learning process.

The paper observes the comparative study of the requirements of a new version of Federal Educational Standards (known as FES 3+), international CDIO Standards and professional accreditation criteria of the Association for Engineering Education of Russia (AEER), aligned with EUR2ACE Framework Standards for Accreditation of Engineering Education и Washington Accord Standards. The authors give recommendations on implementation of FES 3+, CDIO Standards and AEER accreditation criteria in designing, performing and quality evaluation of engineering educational programmes.

Abstract
Social-role interaction is a form of organization of communication in the classroom by exchanging of information in an artificial language environment. Pragmatic factors of the communicative situation, the role andactions in the foreign language community standards of conduct are set outside. Students communicate in the proposed situations in accordance with accepted standards. At the same time in the communication process, students identify themselves with a given role, interpreting the methods and standards of behavior that are typical for the role of foreign language culture, from the perspective of their own ideas, experiences and values. «Living» this role, students realize the effects of foreign culture, and thus perceive it, which generally contributes to the formation of their intercultural communicative competence. The article gives an analysis of the problems reported by teachers in the organization of social-role interaction during foreign language lessons. Describes the ways and techniques in order to improve social-role interaction aimed at improving cross-cultural communicative competence of students. Socio-role interaction does not take much time, if teacher has a clear purpose, theknowledge ofthe basicrules and compliance milestones. These stages are: 1) motivation, 2) the creation of social and cultural background of the interaction of languages and cultures, 3) cooperation in cross-cultural interaction, 4) the presentation of group decisions, and 5) reflection.
